Its principal architect, Wellington Lampotang, is the founding partner of Lampotang & Siew Architects Ltd; and from 1981 to 2014 was responsible for projects ranging from high rise office towers, apartment projects, shopping centres, banks, hotels to individual houses and interior design of offices, as well as urban design and master plans for residential and golf estates.

 

His approach to architecture puts emphasis on bioclimatic adaptation to the site and local climate using passive approaches such as building orientation to achieve optimum natural ventilation, lighting and comfort, together with solar shading devices and appropriate materials.
